Ordering milk
We filter our raw A2A2 milk immediately after milking, and fast-chill it for a few hours in the freezer, to insure the best flavor. It is full of the high cream content common in Jersey cattle (around 25%).

We sell the milk for $6 per gallon (plus a $3 glass jar deposit). Customers arrange a day of the week for milk pickup and come at their own convenience on that day each week to the refrigerator in our open garage. We also often have extra cream (skimmed from the milk we use ourselves)available for $4/quart ($5 for those who are not milk customers)(plus a $2 jar deposit).
Continuing customers leave clean jars and pick up the filled jars marked for them, leaving payment in a box in the fridge.
