We are located in the northeast corner of Missouri, on 6.5 acres of wooded hills, next to a small pond planted with sacred lotus. Our animals are beloved friends, and produce the best milk, eggs, and babies imaginable.
One of the proteins present in all milk is beta casein. Our cows all produce milk with the A2A2 beta casein genotype, distinct from the more easily available A1A1 genotype dominant in U.S. dairy herds--a difference that matters to wellness in many consumers.
We sell our raw milk for weekly pick up at the farm. We also have occasional animals and other products for sale. We keep a list of interested customers, for times when demand is greater than our supply.
